Testimonials:
I came to Kristina years ago with a lower back issue not helped by my previous therapist. Her assessment skills were thorough and continue to be consistently appropriate. Her treatment is direct and always helpful. My back issue resolved while under her care. She continues to help me heal from injury and maintain my aging body while I continue with a very active lifestyle. I have no reservations in recommending Town Centre Integrated Therapies.

Kristina has been my massage therapist for over 15 years. She has always been very professional, not only giving the therapeutic massage, but also suggesting ways to stretch and help areas that are causing the pain. I have always felt safe, seen, and listened to, hence why I have been a patient for so long!
